I Still Believe in Dreams
Story
This is more or less autobiographical, except that it isn't one story but a melange of events drawn from various weddings I've attended.What I was going for musically was the Tex-Mex style of George Strait's "I Wanna Dance With You". Mariachi, Calypso, whatever--I love all that stuff.

Any time they visited
Their friends who had a child
Five years old with flaming hair
And intelligence unbridled
That small girl would cling to him
Watching every move
Everyone would speculate
On how he won her love
He said, "I still believe in dreams
I dreamed so long ago;

I don't know where visions go.
"Maybe a painter could make a lasting

But I can see the image of it in the eyes of this one girl."
