Story

When the Sci Fi Channel did a Dune miniseries, I felt it deserved a commemorative filk. This wasn't the first idea, and when I performed it the first time, I led in with a few lines each from "All the songs I could've written about Dune but didn't". Since then, it's been requested several times--with the lead-in, so they're included. (I didn't learn until later that Tom Smith already did the first, effectively, with Crystal Gayle Killed Frank Herbert.)
